Assam boy makes portrait of Himanta Biswa Sarma using broken mobiles, electronic items

GUWAHATI: Rahul Pareek of Dhubri made a portrait of Assam Health, Finance, Education Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma using broken Mobiles, Computer Keyboard, Fan, Pen drives and other electronic items(e-waste).

Speaking to Newslive, Rahul Pareek said, ” I have been working for a month to complete this portrait. First of all, I visited many places to collect e-waste. I assembled parts of the electronic items and then slowly and steadily I started my art-work. I have also used nails in the portrait.”

“I want to meet him and gift him this portrait myself,” Pareek added.

Rahul Pareek is a 20-year-old student of K.C. Das college. This is not the first time he has created such a masterpiece. His name is mentioned in the Asia Books of Records and India Book of Records 2019.

Replying to the Tweet, Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “Thank you so much. We will meet soon.”

Earlier, Pareek has made portraits of Bollywood Actor Akshay Kumar, Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal, Cricketer Virat Kohli, Chhatrapati Shivaji.
