GUWAHATI: The list of candidates of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led alliance comprising of Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) and United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) is likely to be released by March 5, said Assam state BJP president Ranjeet Kumar Dass on Tuesday.
“The list will be clear on March 5,” said Dass.
He said that there is no issue with its partner—AGP on the seat-sharing.
“There is no issue on the seat-sharing. We need clarifications on some seats. After getting the clarifications from the national committee, the joint list of candidates of BJP, AGP and UPPL will be released from Delhi,” the BJP leader added.
