GUWAHATI: The first meeting of newly appointed office bearers of Assam state BJP held today at the party office at Hengerabari in Guwahati.
Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal, finance minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma and state BJP president Ranjeet Kumar Dass were present at the meeting.
BJP national president JP Nadda addressed the meeting through video conference. Nadda congratulated all the newly appointed members, encouraging all to strive harder to serve the people of Assam.
He thanked party leaders and workers for their tireless service during the pandemic.
District presidents of the BJP also took part in the meeting online.
The meeting reportedly discussed Assam BJP’s mission 100 for 2021 assembly elections.
