GUWAHATI: Assam State Transportation Corporation (ASTC) has launched a helpline for the convenience of the bus passengers in the state in view of current COVID-19 pandemic situation. The passengers can call the helpline number for queries related to buses and time-table etc. The helpline number is 18003453986.
ASTC managing director Anand Prakash Tiwari on Twitter shared the helpline number along with a list of the contact numbers of public information officers of 59 stations of Assam.
The ASTC has been providing intra-state bus services since May 4 after the state government had made some relaxations in lockdown rules.
