GUWAHATI: Punjab Police on Tuesday arrested an Army Havildar who is currently posted at Assam’s Changsari Army camp. The Army man identified as Joher Singh is charged with raping a girl from Punjab in 2018.
According to reports, a rape case was registered against the army man who is from Punjab. On Tuesday morning, a team of Punjab Police arrived at Changsari and arrested Havildar Singh with the help of Assam Police. Later he was taken to Changsari Police Station.
