GUWAHATI: Ninety per cent of COVID-19 patients in Assam have been reported from quarantine centres, said health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Addressing a press meet in Guwahati on Sunday, Dr. Sarma said that 90 per cent patients are from quarantine centres which indicates that the quarantine process has been successful in Assam.
Minister Sarma also reiterated the state government’s ‘Ruthless quarantine but with a human heart’ policy.
