GUWAHATI: Eight more COVID-19 patients in Assam succumbed to their infection on Tuesday. With these, the death count in the state rose to 260.
Assam Health Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “Demise of 8 Covid patients-Late Usha Das (70), Late Aparna Roy (48), Late Nayana Das (21) of Kamrup M; Late Labanya Bhuyan (65) of Nalbari; Late Masfil Hussain (55) of Baksa; Late Ajay Kr Gupta (40) of K A’long; Late Jhantu Deb (46) of G’ghat, Late Bishnu Biswas (55) of Majuli ?.”
