Guwahati: Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma shared on Twitter that 206 more COVID-19 patients have been discharged from various civil, districts and model hospitals of the State. They have been discharged after they tested negative for COVID-19.
With the discharge of these patients, the number of recovered people in Assam has increased to 2166. While Assaam has reported total 3718 COVID-19 cases, there are 1981 active patients in the State. Eight COVID-19 deaths have been reported so far.
