Guwahati: Union Home Minister Amit Shah to take part in four events in Assam on Thursday including two public rallies in the state. Shah arrived at Guwahati’s Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport on Wednesday night where he was welcomed by Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, senior minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and other dignitaries.

As per reports, Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Batadrava Than in the Nagaon district of Assam. The Union Home Minister will address a public meeting at Batadrava.
The Home Minister will also lay the foundation stone for the developmental projects at the Than .
The Home Minister is also scheduled to visit Maha Mritunjoy temple in the Nagaon district.
Later, Amit Shah will attend the unity, peace and development rally in Karbi Anglong where he will address another public meeting at Dengaon.
