A party meeting of the AIUDF turned into a battlefield with three party activists injured in a clash that broke out between two factions.

The meeting was held at the Freedom Fighters’ Bhavan in Nagaon town when, according to allegations, Dhing MLA Aminul and his supporters physically assaulted a section of other party activists.
The Dhing MLA, however, rejected the accusations and said neither he nor any of his supporters were involved in the assault on fellow partymen.

The police was called following the clash. Police is investigating the incident.
