GUWAHATI: Attending the appointment letter distribution function for upper and lower primary teachers, Assam education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that ten thousand more teachers will be appointed in the month of September.
“In September, 10 thousand more teachers will get appointment. Five thousand vacant posts in Sarba Siksha will be filled up,” Dr. Sarma announced in his speech.
He stated that advertisement for the appointment of high school teachers will be notified.
On the other hand, 5,319 teachers for primary and upper primary schools got their appointment letters today.
