GUWAHATI: In a matter of pride for Assam, Saurav Chordia, a youth from Chirang district of western Assam designed the patches that adorned the Gsuits of the pilots of Indian Air Force (IAF) who flew Rafale fighter jets.
The 22-year-old 3D artist from Basugaon in Chirang always harboured a dream of joining the Air Force. Though his dream was not fulfilled, he feels happy today by contributing to the air warriors through his creative art.
He has designed 17 Squadron ‘Golden Arrows’.
“I always wanted to join Air Force since my childhood. When I was assigned to design the patches last year, I felt really happy,” Saurav said.
According to reports, he works for a 3D gaming company in New Delhi.
