GUWAHATI: Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma stated in a tweet about the losses of two lives due to COVID-19 pandemic in the State. Sarma mentioned that 78-year-old Prabhudayal Vidawatka and 56-year-old Subhash Kalita, with comorbidities succumbed to COVID-19.
He expressed his condolences to the families of the victims.
“With heavy heart, I share this with you all ~ We’ve lost two precious lives to the pandemic. Late Prabhudayal Vidawatka (78) & Late Subhash Kalita (56), with comorbidities succumbed to #COVID19. My prayers and condolences are with Vidawatka and Kalita families.,” Dr. Sarma writes on Twitter.
