GUWAHATI: A heavy storm lashed Guwahati and some other parts of Assam on Wednesday afternoon. The massive storm hit the city which was followed by a mild shower.
Other parts of the state also witnessed the storm and rainfalls. On the other hand, power in most of the areas of Guwahati has been snapped. Other parts of the state are also witnessing a power-cut amid inclement weather.
It has been reported that the storm caused damage to properties in many areas of Assam. More details are awaited.
