GUWAHATI, Feb 4: Tesla CEO Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, is a “special Government employee”, the White House has confirmed.
Elon Musk, is working for US President Donald Trump as a “special government employee,” a White House official told the Associated Press.
“I think Elon is doing a good job. He’s a big cost-cutter,” the Republican president said. “Sometimes we won’t agree with it, and we’ll not go where he wants to go. But I think he’s doing a great job,” President Trump was quoted as saying by AP.
President Trump also, according to reports, said that Musk is only implementing things with prior approval and “will not be allowed to go places where there is a conflict”.
