GUWAHATI, Nov 8: The Jammu & Kashmir Assembly witnessed another spell of chaotic situation over the contentious resolution seeking restoration of Article 370 and to reinstate the special status of Jammu & Kashmir.
The chaotic situation began on Wednesday when a new resolution was introduced by the ruling National Conference seeking reinstatement of special status of Jammu and Kashmir.
The BJP opposed the resolution and labelled it “illegal” and demanded it’s immediate withdrawal.
After the shouting and interruptions in the past two days, the start of the session today was also marked by din and clamour with the BJP staging a walkout after several members of the party jumped into the well of the house.
