GUWAHATI, Oct 25: Two soldiers were killed along with two Army porters in another terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla Thursday night. Three others were also injured in the attack in the exchange of fire between soldiers and terrorists in Baramulla’s Butapathri area.
The attack on the army vehicle was the second in the Union Territory within the past 72 hours.
The area where the attack occurred is highly sensitive, with civilian movement restricted due to its proximity to the LoC.
Operations to trace and eliminate the terrorists involved in the dastardly attack on the Army convoy are underway as security was heightened across the State following the spurt in terrorist activities.
