GUWAHATI, Oct 23: Two thieves escaped from the custody of City Police while they were being taken to the Dhirenpara FRU for a mandatory medical test after their arrests.
The thieves, identified as Rahul Rabha and Bikash Borah, were arrested by Fatasil Police and were reportedly taken to the Dhirenpara FRU when they jumped out of the patrolling vehicle and escaped.
Fatasil Police are now trying to nab the two thieves who have escaped from their custody.
