GUWAHATI, Oct 18: New Zealand were bowled out for 402 runs in their first innings of the first test against India in Bengaluru with Rachin Ravindra slamming 134 runs off 157 balls.

Tim Southee also frustrated the Indian bowlers as he made a 73-ball 65. Devon Conway, the Kiwi opener, had made 91 yesterday.

For the hosts, Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja picked up 3 wickets each while Mohammed Siraj scalped 2 Indian wickets.

Jasprit Bumrah and Ravi Ashwin took a wicket each.

India were bundled out for a paltry 46 runs in their first innings, their lowest Test score at home.
