David Johnson is a star athlete who is leading and inspiring today’s aspiring youth. He is also an entrepreneur and is currently occupied as a basketball player. Originally hailing from San Antonio in Texas, the 22-year-old builds connections with people globally through his profession. He is popularly called DJ and iamdjjohnson.
Johnson has always been passionate about sports. His initial love for basketball began very young. When he was in first grade, he took interest in this game and started playing it more often. That is when he knew that he was cut out to fulfil this dream. This shows that Johnson had recognised his passion much earlier and kept working hard for it. Whenever he entered the court and started playing basketball, he felt this instant soulful connection which proved his point further.
David has told that all his successful endeavours are due to Leroy Harley, his coach. The first time he played in an event under his coach Leroy was in the Amateur Athletic Union or AAU. Leroy apparently guided him through his entire sports journey in college.
Johnson’s continuous success has inspired many people of today’s generation. One time during his high school match in James Madison, he made a new school record. After graduating high school, he continued working hard throughout college. He worked and did things that eventually ended up accelerating the transformation of his dreams into reality.
On being asked about the most memorable moment in his life, he recalled the match in which he participated during his sophomore year at Mount Mercy University. He defeated three teams and scored 21 points.
David has been successful in turning his passion into a career. Thus, he wishes to assist everyone who is also constantly trying to do the same in the sports field. He firmly believes that determination, passion and consistency will help people achieve their goal faster. Moreover, one needs to be patient and have faith in the process. They have to keep trying hard even in the face of failure. Instead of giving up, they have to work on their faults and improve them. The term impossible is null and void. Thus, do not think that achieving anything is impossible.
Johnson identified his passion very early. However, he also worked extremely hard for years before reaching this position. This does not imply that he had to face no problems.
