GUWAHATI: BJP candidate Dr. Paramananda Rajbongshi has claimed victory in the Sipajhar constituency. Rajbongshi was former president of Asom Sahitya Sabha, the apex literary body of the State.
He had switched to BJP from AGP ahead of the Assam assembly polls.
