GUWAHATI, March 2: The mesmerising performance by an 8-year-old wonder dancer from Assam named Binita Chetry at British reality show “Britain’s Got Talent” has caught the attention of not just the judges of the show and the English audience but of the entire world.
After a video of her performance during auditions for the 2025 season of the reality show, uploaded on social media by the reality show producers, became viral, people were left in awe as her performance drew plaudits from the show judges and the audience.

While her father Amar Chetry is associated with the Karbianglong District Committee of the All Assam Gorkha Students’ Union (AAGSU), her mother runs a poultry business.
