GUWAHATI: Eight senior Manipur Congress leaders have resigned from their posts ahead of the Manipur Assembly Elections.
Also, State Congress president Govindas Konthoujam has also resigned. He was appointed chief of the Manipur unit in December 2020.
According to sources, at least eight Congress MLAs are likely to join Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) on Tuesday.
