GUWAHATI: Among the new 89 cases in Assam, 14 cases have been reported from Guwahati. According to the Tweet of Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, 30 cases are from Kamrup, 17 from Tinsukia, 14 from Dhubri, 10 from Cachar, 4 from Dhemaji and 14 from Guwahati.
So Far on Friday Assam has reported 144 COVID-19 positive cases. The addition of 89 new cases has taken the State’s tally to 1024. With the discharge of 125 patients and 4 deaths, there are 892 active cases in the State.
On Friday, 22 COVID-19 patients were discharged from different hospitals of Assam after they had tested negative twice.
